GLORIFYING GOD BY BUILDING LABORERS ON THE CAMPUS FOR THE LOST WORLD.

HISTORY

HISTORY OF CAMPUS OUTREACH THAILAND

And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)

It all began before Bob McNabb graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. During this time he was very involved with Campus Outreach and was discipled by Curtis Tanner. God built a desire within his heart to see Matthew 28:18-20 become a reality through his life. While a campus director with CO at the University of Montevallo, Bob built some key relationships that would lay the foundation for the first team to go overseas with Campus Outreach.

The Leadership Development Project (LDP) was started as a group of recent graduates (Jim Doggett, Keith Nix, Brian Firpo, Jonathon King) joined forces to prepare and develop them in order to serve the Lord in whatever capacity he calls them.

In 1988, the Team Missionary Institute (TMI) was founded by Bob and the newly forming Campus Outreach team to prepare those who would go overseas with CO.
